These General Terms of Use (GTU) define the terms of access and use for the website www.alpura-lodges.ch (hereinafter referred to as “the Site”), published by Ecolodge Immobilier Bonvin SA.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and browsing the Site, the user unreservedly accepts these GTU. If you do not accept all or part of these terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Purpose of the Site

The Site aims to present Alpura Lodges accommodations and to allow users to obtain information, check availability, and make secure online reservations via the Lodgify platform.

3. Site Access

The Site is freely accessible to any user with Internet access. Costs associated with this access (connection, hardware, software, etc.) are the responsibility of the user.
The publisher strives to ensure continuous access to the Site but cannot guarantee the absence of interruptions, bugs, or technical errors. It reserves the right to temporarily suspend or restrict access for maintenance or updates.

4. Use of the Site

The user undertakes to use the Site in compliance with current Swiss legislation and these terms. Specifically, the user is prohibited from:

  • publishing, transmitting, or disseminating illegal, defamatory, obscene, or publicly offensive information,

5. Reservations and Payments

Reservations made via the Site are managed by the Lodgify platform, and payments are securely processed by Stripe.
Specific reservation, cancellation, and payment terms are detailed in the General Rental Conditions.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

All content present on the Site (texts, images, photographs, videos, logo, structure, and design) is protected by copyright and Swiss intellectual property law.
This content belongs to Ecolodge Immobilier Bonvin SA or their respective authors.
Any reproduction, modification, dissemination, or use, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

7. Personal Data

Personal data collected via the Site (contact forms, reservations, statistics) is used solely for managing inquiries and stays.
Ecolodge Immobilier Bonvin SA undertakes to comply with the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP 2023).
Users can exercise their rights to access, rectify, or delete their data by writing to: contact@alpura-lodges.ch.

8. Cookies and Measurement Tools

The Site uses Google Analytics to analyze traffic and improve service quality.

These GTU are governed by Swiss law.
Exclusive legal forum: Valais, Switzerland.
